The fine print

Please note that in order to confirm a parking place at the hotel, guests must contact the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Guests are required to show the credit card used to make the reservation and the corresponding photo identification upon arrival. The identity of each person staying at the hotel must be mentioned at the time of booking and each guest must provide a valid ID upon check in.

If the room has been reserved by a third person, the person present must provide a new credit card under his name which correspond to his own identity document.

Please note that for reservations of 6 rooms or more, group policies may apply.

Please note that in case of loss, theft or damage of the smartphone provided in rooms, a penalty of EUR 300 will apply.

Guests are required to immediately report any deficiencies noticed in the hotel room to the hotel reception. In case of deterioration, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer for the cost of repairs or replacement.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
