Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Zara Tower – Luxury Suites and Apartments requires a valid credit card and photo ID at the time of check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorisations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available.
