You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Zara Tower – Luxury Suites and Apartments requires a valid credit card and photo ID at the time of check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the credit card is not able to be displayed at check-in, please contact the property prior to arrival, using the contact details found on the booking form, to complete a credit card authorisation form. This hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This will be refunded upon departure, following an inspection of the apartment by staff. For credit card pre-authorisations, funds will be returned to the credit card after departure, but may take 5 - 10 days to become available.
