The amount preauthorised will be GBP 250 per apartment. Upon departure, the property team will check the apartment and providing any/all incidentals have been settled for at check-out the authorisation will be released back to the guests. Although The Rosebery instructs the card issuer to release the authorisation on the departure date; some card issuers can take up to 10 working days to release the authorisation. When entering the room if guests notice anything wrong, they should contact reception to ensure that they are not held accountable for it. Please note the same card used for the booking needs to be presented on arrival. Additional beds are available at the hotel on request and at an addition cost. Any reservation of 3 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size.
