Dating back to 1640, this 9th generation family-run hotel is Norway’s oldest. The hotel is surrounded by a romantic garden in the beautiful village of Solvorn. It offers elegant rooms and beautiful views of Lustrafjord and its mountains.

Walaker Hotel’s unique rooms create an old-world charm with their antique furniture, high ceilings and decorative curtains. The stylish bathrooms include a bathtub or shower, toilets and free bath products. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

A breakfast buffet is served daily and includes a mix of local products like homemade cheese, fruit juices, jams and other treats. In the evening, a 4-course menu featuring exquisite dishes made with locally sourced products is served at Walaker’s Restaurant, which overlooks the fjord.
