From 8 - 10.30 am, the excellent complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the dining room or on the sun terrace.

At the heart of Saint Martin port, Le Bar (open every day from 4.30 - 11 pm) offers a sophisticated alternative. It is accessed via a magnificent inner courtyard.
In addition to hot and cold drinks, the bar also serves traditional aperitifs, champagne, fine spirits and after-dinner drinks, while cocktail lovers can enjoy the classics or sample an original creation prepared by our bartender.
Wines are by no means overlooked, with a selection of fantastic French and foreign vintages carefully stored in our 18th-century cellar.
