The fine print

This is a self check-in property. While we do have an on-site front desk, all check-in steps must be completed digitally prior to arrival.
After booking, guests will receive pre-check-in instructions and registration steps. All guests are required to complete the pre-check-in process before access is granted, including:
Guest registration form
ID verification
Security/damage deposit authorization
There is a mandatory damage deposit taken prior to check in. This deposit is a temporary hold on a valid credit card, not a full charge.
Please note that Booking.com processes and collects payment for the reservation stay directly. However, M11 Collection will securely collect the security/damage deposit authorization. This deposit is automatically released after checkout, subject to inspection of the accommodation.
Once all pre-check-in steps have been successfully completed, guests will receive access to our guest app, which will contain all necessary access instructions and entry information for the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
