House-keeping is available free of charge from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 and 14:00. Week-end and holiday housekeeping is charged at a rate of GBP 50 per service and is subject to availability. The Luxury Three-Bedroom Apartment requires a security deposit of GBP 1,000 fully refundable on check-out providing the apartment has been returned in good condition. The payment for this apartment will be taken by bank transfer in advance. The property will contact guests arrange this payment. All apartment, front door, garage and safe keys must be returned to the reception on check-out. If you fail to do so, the property may charge you for a replacement key or a replacement lock as required. In the event that a key is not returned after check-out you will be requested to contact the property and make arrangements for the keys to be returned. For bookings of up to 8 nights a deposit equal to 50% of the total value of the reservation is required. For bookings of 8 nights and longer a deposit of GBP 1.000 is required.
