Located on the famous Royal Mile, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle, and an 8 minute walk from the Scott monument and picturesque Princes Street Gardens.
Due to the listed status of the historic building, the hotel does not have a elevator/elevator and all rooms are accessed by stairs only as there are no bedrooms on the ground floor.
All rooms are equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a work desk, free Wi-Fi, full tea and coffee making facilities along with some complimentary Scottish delicacies. All bedrooms also come with hair dryers, GHD hair straighteners, dressing gowns and luxury Aaran toiletries as standard.
