Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Bab Al Shams Desert Resort - Dubai in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that it is mandatory that all guests physically present an original Passport or Emirates ID upon check-in. The half-board rate is valid for 1 or 2 adults. An additional charge will apply at the hotel for extra person and children. Special brunch is not included in the half-board rate. A meal upgrade is available with an additional charge to be paid at the venue. Half-board meal (dinner) will be served in All Day Dining Restaurant, Zala Restaurant only. To upgrade dinner to Al Hadheerah Desert Restaurant (Mainly Arabic cuisines), a supplement will charged at the hotel directly.
