Mahu Whenua consists of 4 luxury suites. Surrounded by high country sheep stations, the property is only a 20-minute drive from central Wanaka. A heated outdoor swimming pool, spa and free private parking on site is offered.
Each suite features views of the mountains and Lake Wanaka or of the Motatapu River and stables. All rooms include a private en suite bathroom.
There are shared dining and living areas. A library, media and games rooms is also provided for entertainment. Guests have access to a laundry, dry room, ski storage, heli-pad and outdoor fire pit.
The accommodation includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas, pre-dinner canapes, refreshments and premium wine and beverages served with dinner.

Please inform Mahu Whenua in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this room will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. The property will contact you prior to your arrival to make check-in arrangements.
