Important Transfer Details:
To enable us to arrange your transfers accordingly and make your stay truly memorable, we kindly request that you provide the required details at least 120 hours (5 days) prior to your arrival. Failure to provide these details may result in delays in arranging your transfers, and the resort shall not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to unannounced arrivals.
Upon arrival, after clearing customs and immigration, please proceed outside the Arrivals Hall, where you will be met and assisted by a Coco Collection Airport Representative for your transfer to the resort. Alternatively, you may proceed directly to Counter B1 for assistance.
For departing guests, transfers to the airport will be arranged at least three (3) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of their international flight.
Please note that the waiting time at the airport may be approximately 60-90 minutes. However, we always strive to minimize the waiting time as much as possible.
The seaplane aircraft (DHC-6 Twin Otter) is specially designed for water landings. As seaplane operations are restricted to daylight hours by the Maldives Civil Aviation Authority, same-day transfers can only be guaranteed for guests arriving at Velana International Airport before 3:30 PM Maldives Standard Time.
Guests whose international flights depart from Malé before 09:00 AM Maldives Standard Time may be required to leave the resort the day before their departure. Any accommodation arrangements in Malé required for early-morning departures shall be the sole responsibility of the guest.
Baggage Allowance:
The baggage allowance per full-paying passenger is 20 kg of checked luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage.
Any excess baggage is subject to availability and will be charged at USD 5++ per kilogram, payable directly to Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) at the airport. Applicable taxes and service charges will apply.
Gala Dinner Fees:
Compulsory Festive Gala Dinner supplements apply for all guests staying overnight on 24 December (Christmas Eve) and 31 December (New Year's Eve). Compulsory charges for Christmas and New Year's Eve Gala Dinners are as follows:
