Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that the pool is open from April until October. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Tue 01 Nov 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023 (Weather permitting). Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 01 Nov 2023 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 (Weather permitting). A temporary block of EUR 50 per night is required on arrival by credit card only for any incidental/extras charges during the stay (Note: for one night stays a temporary block of EUR 100 per night is required upon check in instead of EUR 50). Amount will be released within 21 days of check-out. Amount will be released in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
