The fine print

· Please present the same valid credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/ making payment at the hotel. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card received upon check in if it receives notification of a credit card charge back. If a prepaid reservation encounters a credit card decline, a new credit card should be received within 24 hours or will result in a reservation canceled. Prepaid rates are to be fully prepaid and nonrefundable. For non-prepaid reservations, hotel reserves the right to take first night room charge as deposit on your credit card prior to arrival (depending on the cancellation policy). If the charge is declined, a new credit card should be received within 24 hours or will result in reservation being canceled.

· When your reservation is confirmed, change of payment method may incur bank charges and currency exchange loss. Please note the property will not be liable for above mentioned charges.

· Guests must present the hotel reservation confirmation email from W Singapore – Sentosa Cove at Sentosa Gantry 1 or 2 for Sentosa Island Complimentary Pass.

· In-house guests can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service between W Singapore – Sentosa Cove and VivoCity. Simply present your room key to hop on—available on a first come, first served basis during selected time slots each day.

From VivoCity to W Singapore: 15:30, 16:00, 18:00, 21:15, 22:15, 23:15

· The main guest under whose name the reservation is made must be present at check-in. All guests must register and provide a valid physical identity card or passport. The minimum age requirement for the guest to check in is 18.

· All deposits and transactions must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via credit card, debit card, or cash.

· Each room type is subject to a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to at all times.

· Marriott Bonvoy benefits are not applicable to reservations made through third-party booking platforms.

· Parties are not permitted inside guest rooms.

· All unregistered visitors are required to leave the guest room by 10:00 PM.

· Children aged 0–12 years are considered children; guests aged 13 years and above are considered adults.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
