Please note that the property consists of 9 apartments and each one has different bed settings. The type of bed is always subject to availability.

This building has 5 floors which are accesible by stairs and by using an elevator.

There is a washing machine and dryer for communal and free use on the fourth floor.

Special requests such as having one double bed or two single beds, or room location, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed since it is always subject to availability.

Cots are offered subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property in advance. Irons are also subject to availability.

The establishment has windows and walls prepared for noise, but due to the privileged and central location in the heart of Seville, noise may be heard at some point.

There is no reception in person, all communication will be done mainly by Booking, Whatsapp, Mail or phone calls. If you need help in person, please let us know so that we can provide you with the instructions and help you need.

Please note that property doesn't accept bikes or electric scooters in the property.

When booking 5 or more apartments, special prepayment and cancellation conditions may apply.

The day before arrival, information about the registration of documents of all guests will be sent, once all guests are registered on the day of arrival, from 15:00 onwards, instructions and access codes will be sent.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
