The fine print

- The gym, indoor pools, and saunas (available at a charge) are closed on the third Wednesday of each month
- The gym is open to those aged 16 years and older only, and the saunas are open to those aged 13 years and older only. Please note that the sauna is a paid facility so additional costs are charged when entering.
- The indoor pool is for adults only. Access to the pool is limited to those aged 13 years and over. On weekends and holidays, however, children under the age of 13 years are admitted in the care of an adult and only when wearing a life jacket in the pool if they are shorter than 140 cm.


- Urban Island (Outdoor pool) is only available for guests who reserve Outdoor Pool Access package.
- Please follow the instruction from Life Guard when using all facilities such as Adult pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi, etc.
- Guests under the height of 140 cm are permitted to use the adult swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket and under parental supervision.
- Two sunbeds are available per room, and some sunbeds are prioritized for customers who have reserved them as part of a special package.
- Children under the age of 36 months must wear waterproof diapers in the pool
- Swim tubes with a diameter of 1 m or less may be brought in and may only be used in the kids' pool.
- Admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached.
- Urban Island operates even when it rains, but only a few sunbeds offer shelter from the rain. (In case of continuous heavy rain, operations might be disrupted.)

Please be advised that Shilla rewards points are not applicable for reservations made through this website.

Please note that if you book more than 5 rooms, you'll need to make a pre-payment with a valid payment card before check-in.

The price of The Parkview breakfast : Adult: KRW 90,000, Child: KRW 45,000

Guests under the age of 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

[The Executive Lounge]
- Breakfast: 06:30 AM ~ 10:00 AM (Sat, Sun and holidays 06:30 AM ~ 10:30 AM)
- Afternoon tea: 15:30 PM ~ 17:00 PM
- Happy Hour: 18:00 PM ~ 22:00 PM (※ Only alcoholic beverages and cheese desserts are available after 21:00 PM)
- Beverage take out service is not available.
- Executive lounge benefits apply only to reservations that include 'The Executive Lounge access'.
- The guest-only business lounge is open to guests aged 13 years and older only.
(Children under the age of 13 will be allowed entry between 12 PM and 3 PM on weekends and public holidays, only if accompanied by an adult guardian.)
※ If a private event is scheduled, admission may be limited.
- The Executive Lounge guests may invite up to 2 non-resident guests, except Friday to Sunday and holidays.

Regardless of the number of people set, only beds included in the room information are applied, and extra beds require an advance request as an additional fee.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
