Mint Santa Teresa is a boutique hotel in the center of Santa Teresa, walking distance from restaurants, bars and the beautiful beach of Playa Carmen.

The hotel has 4 rooms, all with ocean view, king size bed, and private roof top terrace, and a communal area with an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
