The fine print

All bookings coming on a Full Board Basis consist of a premium selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, access to the mini bar (excluding in-room snacks) through the stay until checkout time and are inclusive of meals on selected restaurants.

All bookings coming in Bed and Breakfast basis are inclusive of a selection of teas, coffees, juices, smoothis and water during breakfast and access to the in-room coffee and tea station.

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

The guest must show the credit card used to make the booking when checking in.

Special requests upon availability and supplements may apply.

- Park fees: Adults aged 16 and above, US$70.80 per adult per day. Children from 5 to 15 years of age, US$23.60 per child per day. Children up to 4 years of age, free of charge.

- Hotel concession fee: Adults aged 16 and above, US$59 per adult per day. Children from 5 to 15 years of age, US$11.80 per child per day. Children up to 4 years of age, free of charge.

- Crater car fee – only applicable for the Game Drive package and payable per vehicle only when entering the crater: US$295 per car per day, to be added to the Game Drive package Park and concession fees must be paid at check-in. Park and concession fees include VAT. Park and concession fees are only valid for 24 hours. Tanzanian government fees and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. If taxes increase, any difference will be charged to guests directly. Park entry fees per car and driver of US$20 including VAT per day.”

Reservations of more than 5 rooms in July and August will be treated as a group and special cancelation conditions will apply.
