- In-LOFT displaying or viewing of commercial products, bachelor or bacherlorette parties, live entertainment including DJs or performers, "flow-through” events and animals are not permitted.
- Management reserves the right to conclude your stay for violation of SKYLOFTS’ policies.
**For same day bookings, in the event that the credit card does not authorize for the deposit amount of first night's room and tax, the booking will be canceled at 18:00**
Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned.
