You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of KWD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Local citizens and residents are not allowed to stay at the hotel on single occupancy. For double occupancy stays, only couples are allowed and must present their valid marriage certificate upon check-in. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in. Please note, children aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult when using the outdoor pool. Children aged 15 years or younger are never allowed in the indoor pool. Entry Visas upon arrival to the airport is currently suspended. Elements Restaurant and Cabana will be closed for construction from March 12, 2022 – September 30, 2022. There will be a brief pause in construction between April 30, 2022 – June 11, 2022. During this time, breakfast will be served on the 21st floor of the property at Dai Forni.
