A few insights on the survey
Boutique hotels are favored by 93% of travelers. Inspired by the experience they have in the retail industry, our "Hotel Lovers" show a particular interest in the digitalization of their hotel stays, as well as strong eco-responsible actions on the part of establishments.
By the end of 2022, My Boutique Hotel, the first booking platform for boutique hotels in 55 countries, surveyed over 10,000 customers to better understand travelers' expectations from booking to the end of their stay. 2,474 people responded, of which 73% were Europeans
