Each room is equipped with its own espresso machine and a selection of its Negroni signature cocktail. A home domotic audio system has been installed to allow guests to integrate their devices. Each bathroom is equipped with a H2Okinetic shower head, which offers guests the possibility to choose their pressure preferences to enjoy a relaxing shower or an invigorating start to their day with less water and energy consumption as all rooms are connected to a solar heating system. In accordance with comfort and sustainable, Japanese toilets have been installed, allowing guests to program each toilet to their needs. These new offerings are good for the well-being of both guests and the Galapagos Islands. The rooms have an indoor sauna and fireplace, bathtub and most importantly, plenty of space.

The hotel is home to the destination’s only fine dining restaurant inside a lava tunnel located 70 ft. underground. This new culinary journey begins at Muttini with a guided tour through the lava tunnel and finishes at the volcanic vault with dinner inspired by the homegrown culture and ingredients. The restaurant can be open only with a reservation and payment in advance (for dinner).

International and local cuisine featuring a variety of Galapaguenian delicious recipes with fresh ingredients from our own in house farm and exquisite catch of the day fish can be served in The Highland Cafe.
