When booking 5 or more rooms bookings will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The property will require a 100% non-refundable deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival, with the option to cancel up to 3 rooms until 14 days before your arrival date. The hotel will contact the booker to advise of the full T&C's for group bookings and to request the deposit amount. Non-payment of the requested deposit will mean the hotel will cancel the booking for all rooms.
- Free cancellation ends 8 weeks prior to check in.
- Rooming list, estimated time of arrival and breakfast times (including dietary requirements) should be provided to the property 1 week before arrival.
