Local tax regulations: In accordance with local tax regulations, all Chilean citizens and foreign residents of Chile are required to pay an additional 19% VAT (Value Added Tax). This VAT surcharge is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

To qualify for an exemption from the 19% VAT, guests must pay for their stay in USD and present a copy of their immigration card and passport.

Guests who pay in the local currency are not eligible for this VAT exemption.

In the event of a no-show, the invoice will be issued in the local currency and will include the applicable 19% VAT.
