Boasting a number of pools and hot-spring baths, Suginoi Hotel features various recreational activities, including saunas, a bowling alley and karaoke rooms. It offers free Wi-Fi at the lobby and a free shuttle to/from JR Beppu Station, a 10-minute drive away.

The air-conditioned rooms feature Western-style beds, a flat-screen TV and a fridge. Some rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) seating area with a low table, and guests can drink green tea using the electric kettle. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer.
