You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that for scheduling a transfer from the airport to the hotel, guests need to contact the hotel in advance to inform their flight number, and arrival date and time. The Brazilian government requires that guests pay an environmental fee based on their length of stay. Reservations paid by credit card and cancelled 90 days after payment will be reimbursed, minus the credit card administration fee. If cancelled over 90 days after the card payment, government taxes will be charged for international bank transfers.
