The price

 

Prices and availability are displayed for information purposes and are provided by Booking.com. The conditions are those of the booking.com website. 

 

For information, here are some important points of their conditions: (non-exhaustive points) 

 

The price "from" is the price at which it is possible to make a reservation at the lowest period of the year, subject to availability. The price of the rooms is, therefore variable depending on the dates of reservation.

In order to obtain the best rates offered by the hotel for the period you are looking for, it is imperative that you enter an "arrival/departure" date.

 

The promotions displayed on the site are always subject to availability. You will not be able to make a reservation at this price if the hotel is full or if the chosen category is no longer available.

 

The price displayed is always in the currency of the country of the hotel; the conversion into another currency is based on the current exchange rate and is purely indicative, which is why the price may vary.

 

Some countries, such as the United States and Mexico, do not include VAT in the room rate. Therefore, you will have to pay the VAT, which is added to the room rate, when you check out of the hotel.

By booking with our partners, and in particular Booking.com, you accept their general conditions as well as those of the hotel for the rate you have chosen. No claim will be accepted after your validation. These conditions that apply are those of French law and have been translated from the French sales conditions.

 

 

Cancellation

 

Cancellation is always done with the partner you have chosen at the time of booking.  Myboutiquehotel.com can assist you if you wish to cancel, but only if you have made a reservation through one of its partners. It cannot assist you if you have booked on another platform. 

 

If you have chosen a "cancelable or modifiable" rate, you have until the date indicated on your confirmation to cancel your reservation free of charge directly on our website. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.

 

You can also request our assistance to cancel a reservation by sending an email to [email protected], indicating your reservation number and pin code; however, this method of cancellation must be done within a shorter period of time due to the time required to process the request. Your cancellation will only be validated by the receipt of a confirmation sent by our customer service. Without confirmation from us, the validation will be void. If a deposit has been taken to guarantee your reservation, it may be non-refundable, which we invite you to check when making your reservation.
