A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Corporate credit cards are not accepted. Upon check-in, the hotel staff will ask you to provide the same physical credit card that you made the payment to verify by holding the amount of 1 THB. If you fail to bring the same physical credit card. There will be a charge 1 more time. Then the previous payment will be rejected and refunded. The refund process might take time approximately 1 month.
