Guests are required to present the original credit/debit card used at the time of booking which will be Chip & Pin verified upon check-in for both flexible and pre-paid stays. The name on the credit/debit card used at check-in must match the name of the primary room occupier. A valid photo ID must also be presented. An expense deposit of GBP 100 per night is also required on arrival. This will be collected by credit/debit card and should be reimbursed on check out to the same card used for payment, subject to an inspection of the property and any bedroom charges.
7th Floor – Relaxation spa and infinity spa pool is available for residents only, guests are welcome to visit the pool between 7am and 9pm daily and are not required to reserve a timeslot prior to arriving at the hotel. However, capacity will continue to be limited to eight people.
