Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box.

In order to prepare special amenities for men and women, guests are kindly requested to indicate the gender of each guest staying in the room in the Special Requests box when booking.

Please be informed that there is no restaurant on site.

Many of the Japanese dishes served at the property feature fish including sashimi raw fish. Please inform the property if you have any food allergies or dietary needs at least 3 days before the arrival date.

Breakfast and/or dinner, including meals for children may be prepared if requested at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.

Meals or rooms cannot be guaranteed for unexpected extra guests upon arrival. In order to confirm meals and lodging for extra guests, please indicate the number of extra guests in the special request box at the time of booking.

Futon mats will be prepared according to the number of guests on your booking confirmation. Please indicate the correct number of guests staying at the time of booking.Informa a con antelación de tu hora prevista de llegada. Los huéspedes con tatuajes no podrán acceder a las zonas de baño comunes ni a otras instalaciones del alojamiento en las que otros huéspedes puedan ver los tatuajes.
Para cenar en el alojamiento se debe hacer el registro de entrada antes de las 18:00. Si realizas el registro de entrada después de esta hora, puede que no te sirvan la cena y que no te reembolsen lo que hayas pagado por ella.
