Bij een lang verblijf kan het voorkomen dat je wordt gevraagd van kamer te wisselen.
Het hotel behoudt zich het recht voor om het totale bedrag van je verblijf op je creditcard in rekening te brengen. Als de betaling wordt geweigerd, wordt de reservering automatisch geannuleerd. Bij aankomst wordt er ter garantie een pre-autorisatie op je creditcard uitgevoerd.
Let op: voor alle reserveringen met een totale waarde van meer EUR 20.000 wordt op het moment van reserveren een niet-terugbetaalbare vooruitbetaling van 10% in rekening wordt gebracht.
