Guests arriving at the hotel should enter via Queen Street, where there are no stairs and a 2-minute drop-off zone for vehicles (look out for the entrance with wrought iron gates just next to the IGA supermarket). The hotel is located on the corner of Collins and Queen Streets and does have a grand Collins Street entry; however, there are stairs, which can be difficult with suitcases.
Children aged 8 years and below are not allowed to use the Heritage King Loft Apartment and Heritage Balcony Suite rooms due to climbing hazards.
