People traveling to Colombia with minors under 18 years of age must present the minor's birth certificate and an identity document with photo (passport for international guests) upon check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the minor, a travel consent signed before a notary by both parents and a photocopy of their identity documents must be presented. If only one parent is traveling with her child, a travel consent signed before a notary by the absent parent must be presented.
