Centre Pompidou Metz
May 11th, 2010
The Centre Pompidou-Metz shares the vocation of the original Centre Pompidou: to present and help discover all forms of artistic expression, to raise public awareness of the major works of the 20th and 21st century, and to take part in Europe’s cultural landscape. In short: represent a major centre for exhibitions and artistic initiative, and a reflection of contemporary creation.
The Musée national d’art moderne at the Centre Pompidou houses, manages and enriches one of the world’s most extraordinary collections of modern and contemporary art.
The Centre Pompidou-Metz, which will present art from the 20th and 21st centuries, will play a vital role in the future of this collection, both for its distribution and its renewal.

LE DALI restaurant @ LE MEURICE PALACE HOTEL paris
March 3rd, 2009Link: http://www.lemeurice.com/restaurants_bars/rb_1.html

Between pleasure and greed, a new culinary concept of the restaurant le Dali - signed Yannick Alléno - undresses French cuisine designed around a menu that is WITHOUT and 100% (indulgence or abstinence). The restaurant le Dali is like an irresistible temptation to relax and to taste its dishes whenever you want during the day... It is definitely a place for encounters and a moment to savour.
You could settle down comfortably under the keystone of the Starck project managed by Philippe Starck, which is a giant canvas measuring 145 sqm / 1560 sqf, painted by Ara Starck. Its hues of gold and ochre will transport you to a captivating world full of interpretations. And in this restaurant where the spirit of Dali still reigns supreme, you will find so many winks to the work of this artist, such as a Daliesque seat with feet in the form of ladies shoes, a lamp with drawers, or a lobster on a telephone. All this add to the mystical aura and is totally Daliesque!!!
